Application

You may download an application in PDF form. Please mail it to the school when complete, along with your application fee of $50. Families with more than one application should only submit one $50 application fee.

If applying for full-day preschool, please submit the Full-day Preschool Application along with your school application.

If applying for kindergarten, please submit the Kindergarten Reference Form along with your school application.

All students from preschool through 8th grade may use the school's after-care program (3:00-6:00 p.m.). Please click here for an After-care Application.
